If yes – then you will need Ribbons and Clips. These are a 1.5m length of ribbon with a clip pre-attached to one end and are available in a wide range of colours in packets of 100. They are very handy when inflating balloons to prevent you from getting nasty blisters!! |

| OR Would you like to fill your Balloons with Air?? If you are going to do this then you will need to use a Stick and Cup. This is a cheaper option as there is NO helium needed. All you need to do is inflate the balloon, twist the neck, wrap it around the cup, then insert the stick into the bottom of the cup and then you are ready to go. |
